The Genos EI assessment is the starting point for every Leadership Programme. It gives us a concrete, evidence-based picture of how your emotional patterns are showing up in your leadership, across six dimensions that directly affect how you lead, communicate and decide.


The debrief session that follows turns the data into a development plan. You leave knowing exactly what you're working on and why, grounded in something real, not something vague.
