My Story

I’ve started, built, and successfully sold my own business. I’ve led teams, managed clients, made difficult decisions, and navigated the emotional highs and lows that come with entrepreneurship.

Before that, I trained as an accountant, which gave me deep roots in numbers, structure, forecasting, and the realities behind business performance.

Later, through executive coaching and Emotional Intelligence training, I learned to understand the human side of decision‑making, identity, values, relationships, pressure, and the weight of responsibility.

Today, I bring all of this together to help owners and directors get clear on what’s next, without judgment, noise or agenda.
