Starting in my family's local business, I learned customer service, marketing, organisational skills and most importantly, empathy. Those foundations have never left me. I went on to hold roles at GE Money, PFP Group Ltd and CPL.

For over twenty years I collaborated with business owners and stakeholders, starting as an accounting trainee and progressing to accounting consultant. I helped clients grow and manage their financial success, organisational behaviour and improved processes, while helping them build cultures where innovation could flourish.

Over the next decade I learned the ins and outs of starting, growing, and selling a business. More importantly, I learned how to hire, fire, build and grow an amazing team and create a culture of psychological safety - increasing turnover by 33% year on year.
