Meeting at the Crossroads is a podcast for business owners and directors who are facing, or have faced, one of those pivotal moments. The kind that keeps you up at night.

Each episode is around 15 minutes: short, honest, and grounded in real lived experience. The goal is simple, to make sure no business owner has to face those moments without first hearing someone else's story.
Because one of the things Sarah believes most deeply is this:

Sarah Daly is a transition facilitator and executive coach helping business owners and directors get strategically clear on what comes next. She trained as an accountant, founded and built her own business, and then sold it, which means she has sat at the crossroads herself.
She created Meeting at the Crossroads because she believes the most powerful thing we can offer another business owner is not advice, it is a story they can see themselves in.
