Meeting at the Crossroads is a podcast for business owners and directors who are facing, or have faced, a significant decision that could change the direction of a business, a career or both. The kind that keeps you up at night.
Should I grow or hold steady? Stay or sell? Step back or reinvent? Start again?
Each episode is a 25–30 minute conversation, available in video and audio: unhurried, honest and grounded in real lived experience. We explore what led to the decision, what was at stake, how it was navigated and what was learned on the other side.
The goal is simple: to make sure no business owner has to face those moments without first hearing from someone who has been there before.
Because one of the things Sarah believes most deeply is this:
we all have something to learn from each other, no matter your age, your stage, or the size of your business.

Sarah Daly is a transition facilitator and executive coach helping business owners and directors get strategically clear on what comes next. She trained as an accountant, founded and built her own business, and then sold it, which means she has sat at the crossroads herself.
She created Meeting at the Crossroads because she believes the most powerful thing we can offer another business owner is not advice, it is a story they can see themselves in.
