Reviewing how the information is gathered and presented each month, and refining the process until it runs smoothly and the directors are confident using it.

Built to run without outside support

Support continues until the meeting runs smoothly and the directors are confident running it themselves. Once the process is embedded, support steps back. The meeting belongs to the business.
